To become Advanced I4P Partner you need to: Meet the requirements for Authorised level • Develop an annual business and demand generation plan (to be reviewed every 3 months) • Nominate a Portfolio manager • Have at least 1 certified sales specialists, 1 certified deployment specialist and 1 certified support specialist (one person can have more than one certification / roles) • Run joint demand generation activities • Ensure that you have adequate solution demonstration capabilities: at least 1 TRIDENT HSM demo device • Be prepared to provide first line support for your customers in i4p’s ticketing system
To become Expert I4P Partner you need to: Meet all requirements for Advanced level • Achieve or commit to a minimum total annual sales volume (varies by country cluster) • Nominate an i4p advocate, a technical expert of our portfolio • Have at least 2 certified sales specialists, 2 certified deployment specialists and 2 certified support specialists (one person can have more than one certification / roles) • Provide at least one customer reference per year • Develop a three-year strategic plan for your i4p business, with your channel account manager, to be reviewed yearly • Work on joint account plans with i4p • Run at least 2 joint demand generation activities annually • Be prepared to provide second line support for your customers in i4p’s ticketing system • Have a 33% customer satisfaction survey participation rate (but no less than 3) per rolling audit year
