I4P-Informatikai Kft. (“Data Controller”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy and wants you to be familiar with how we collect, use and disclose data directly or indirectly relating to you as an individual (the “Personal Data”).

This Privacy Policy describes how we process your Personal Data collected in relation to the website available at https://www.i4p.com URL address (hereinafter: i4p Website).

We are based in Hungary, a member of the European Union. Our processing of Personal Data is subject to the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation; the “GDPR”) and Act CXII of 2011 on the right to informational self-determination and on the freedom of information (“Infotv.”).

Definitions

Data subject:              

Any natural person whose data is collected, held, or processed.

Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (Data subject); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.

Personal Data processing:

Any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.

Consent of the Data subject:

Any freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous indication of the Data subject’s wishes by which he or she, by a statement or by clear affirmative action, signifies agreement to the processing of Personal Data relating to him or her.

2. What Personal Data do we collect and how do we use your Personal Data

Our data control activity in the cases specified below is based on the following legal bases:

2.1. Data processing in connection with i4p Website’s Contact form

Data subjects: Anyone contacting us via the i4p Website’s Contact form.

Types of processed Personal Data:

  • name,
  • e-mail,
  • phone number (optional),
  • subject of the message (checkbox options),
  • any Personal Data, mentioned in the textbox.

Purpose of the processing: Contact i4p for business or other purposes, answering the questions, traceability.

Duration of the processing: If the Consent of the Data subject is not withdrawn, i4p shall process Personal Data for a 5-year term (in accordance with Section 6:22 (1) of Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code (“Ptk.”)). This duration ensures that i4p can pursue and enforce its civil law claims and can defend against any civil law claims of the subjects.

Legal basis of processing: GDPR Article 6 (1) a): Consent of the Data subject.

2.2. Data processing in connection with i4p Website’s Partnership Application form

Data subjects: Anyone submitting an application to i4p via the i4p Website’s Partnership Application form.

Types of processed Personal Data:

  • name,
  • e-mail,
  • phone number (optional),
  • the company’s name, which is represented by the person submitting the application,
  • any Personal Data, mentioned in the textbox.

Purpose of the processing: Submitting the application for i4p’s Partner Program, answering the questions related to the program, traceability.

Duration of the processing: If the Consent of the Data subject is not withdrawn, i4p shall process Personal Data for a 5-year term (in accordance with Section 6:22 (1) of Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code (“Ptk.”)). This duration ensures that i4p can pursue and enforce its civil law claims and can defend against any civil law claims of the subjects.

Legal basis of processing: GDPR Article 6 (1) a): Consent of the Data subject.

2.3. Data processing in connection with i4p Website’s Job Application form

Data subjects: Anyone submitting an application for a job at i4p via the i4p Website’s Job Application form.

Types of processed Personal Data:

  • name,
  • e-mail,
  • phone number,
  • area (EU/Non-EU),
  • any Personal Data, mentioned in the uploaded CV (including a portrait of the applicant if any).

Purpose of the processing: Submitting job application, participating in the selection process, notification about other job opportunities open at the company.

Duration of the processing: If the Consent of the Data subject is not withdrawn, i4p shall process Personal Data for a 1-year term.

Legal basis of processing: GDPR Article 6 (1) a): Consent of the Data subject.

 

3. Cookies

3.1. What are cookies

As is common practice with almost all professional websites i4p Website uses cookies, which are tiny files that are downloaded to your computer, to improve your experience and help us understand you and your behavior during visiting the i4p Website. 4. Your rights related to Your Personal Data

You have certain rights regarding your Personal Data, subject to local data protection laws. As regards our processing of your Personal Data which is subject to the GDPR, you have the right:

  • to obtain from us the confirmation whether we process your Personal Data and to access your Personal Data, including the details of such processing, as specified in Article 15 of the GDPR, and to obtain a copy of your Personal Data;
  • if inaccurate, to rectification and completion of your Personal Data in accordance with Article 16 of the GDPR;
  • to demand that we erase your Personal Data (the right to be forgotten) on the grounds specified in Article 17 of the GDPR (including if the processing of your Personal Data is no longer necessary for the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy);
  • to restrict our processing of your Personal Data on the grounds as set forth in Article 18 of the GDPR (for example, if you contest the accuracy of the Personal Data, the processing may be restricted until we verify the accuracy of the Personal Data);
  • if our processing of your Personal Data is based on our legitimate interest, to object to any further processing on the grounds relating to your particular situation in accordance with Article 21 of the GDPR;
